What “earlier NDT work” means here

This named source set contains the NDT documents written from 2018 through 2025 that the project uses for historical comparison. “Already present” means documented in one or more of these works; it does not imply that every work contains the idea, or that the 2026 synthesis merely restated it. The 2024 item is a submitted manuscript rather than a published work, and is labeled accordingly.
